Text messaging through xfinity connect

How do I get my xfinity text messaging to work?  When I go to the text messaging option on my laptop, I get thes instructions...

  1. Go to Email & Voice Settings in My Account

  2. Click on Voice 2Go

  3. Follow the wizards instructions. I can't find the email and voice settings page that prompts the voice 2go prompt to appear.  I haven't been able to use this service, and I am paying for it.  Please help, so I can use it. Thank you.
