Switching email

I am switching my email account to gmail. What is the best way to let everyone of new one? Is there an auto reply I can set up that gives it to those who email my old one?

If you click on the address book, then click on Email (in blue) you can send an email to everyone in your address book.




OR you can export your contacts from the address book tab, then, after setting up the third party email address, IMPORT the contacts into that address book.


You can alsoo set up XC to automatically send all of your email to that new email address by:

Sign in with your PRIMARY, click on the Inbox, then on Preferences.  Next click on the Email icon.

Click on Email Accounts and add it.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
