Subscribers with @comcast.net email addresses receiving our companies eblasts over and over all with the same timestamp.

Hello,

I work for a advertising agency.  We manage email marketing campaigns for clients. We send these email campaigns via Mailchimp.  For almost the last month, any of the subscribers of our lists recieve each of our mailings repeatedly.  We have verified with Mailchimp that the emails left their server only once.

I can provide email headers if this would be helpful in diagnosing this issue.    I have tried to get this resolved by contacting business class support (we are also a business customer).  Apparantly a Tier 2 ticket was created, and somebody was going to contact me - which never happened.

Please help!

I also wanted to mention that we have 700 some comcast subscribers on one of our lists - and that the business got flooded with calls and angry posts on Facebook - so I believe this isnt an isolated problem.

Since this is the forum for residential customers, I'm going to escalate this to the forum administrator to see if you can get a better response.

Please send us a private message with more details information, we'll verify that the first layer is only delivering these once.  If it's a backend problem, we'll reach out to them.
