Subject Not Filled In During Reply

With the new email format on a Windows 7 machine if I reply to an email the subject is blank. It just says "Re:"

If you use either Reply or Reply all, you should see Re: and whatever the title of the message is that you are answering.  If you use Quick Reply all, it doesn't have a Subject line.  I using a browser on a desktop computer.
