Spam problem

I have had emails from people in my address book go to spam.   I thought if the senders were in my address book it would not be spam.

Re: Spam problem

What you are describing are called "false positives".  Legitimate emails getting snagged by the filters.  A lot of things can cause that to happen.  Just keep marking them as Not Spam when it happens to help train the filters.  Also, Comcast does not scan your address book to determine who is a safe sender.
