Spam Filter Setup Help

Spam Filter Setup Help

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble setting up my spam filters. Recently I've been getting spam from a specific domain and even though I routinely mark these messages as 'spam' they are still coming through.

Also, spam from domain names which are obviously ridiculous have been coming through as well.

What is the correct procedure for directing all e-mails from specific domains to the spam folder?

So far, nothing that I've tried is working.

Re: Spam Filter Setup Help

Found the problem (at least one that I see).

The SPAM filter enabled check box is now unchecked --any attenmpt to enable SPAM filtering displays a "problem with saving" message and the SPAM filter disables itself!

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I have no idea when it began, but I suspect it is the reason for a sudden surge in SPAM e-mails in my inbox, despite the fact that I have been labeling them as SPAM.
