Spam Filter Blocking What It Shouldn't

Many (but not all) emails from one particular sender are being marked as spam by Xfinity's online Spam filter, which is otherwise doing a pretty good job for me. I cannot find a way to mark emails coming from that particular sender as "allowed."

When you see them in the Spam folder, start marking them as "Not Spam", and keep doing it.  It takes time to "train" the filters as to what you think is or is not junk mail.
