Spam E-Mails

Re: Spam E-Mails

If you mean the Spam folder-------yes.  If you are still on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Spam
Filtering.  There you will see the option to keep a copy in the Spam folder.  Uncheck it.

If you are on the new format, from the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page and then on Settings.  On the landing page you will see Mail, and under that Advanced Settings.  Again you will see the option to keep a copy in the Spam folder.

You can, as Latoque says.  But consider that no spam filter is perfect, and if you don't have the item in your spam folder to retrieve and mark as non-spam, it's lost forever.  Of course, if the filter has been perfect (at least with regards to never tagging legit mail as spam) for you so far, than maybe it's not as much of an issue for you.

Hope this helps,
