I do not see the arrow for sorting messages by sender.  Is there a new way ro sort messages by sender

Re: Sort email

Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, at the top of the message list you should see "Sorted by:", and then a value.  Right-click anywhere in the grey bar to the right of that and you should see this------------------

Re: Sort email

Thanks for the post, but it does not work for me. I'm using Office 7 on  a PC. No matter where I click in the gray area, all I can sort by is DATE, either ascending or descending. Same story for the XFINITY app on my Ipad. ...Frustrating, as I want to sort by NAME or SUBJECT or SIZE.

Re: Sort email

OK you are going to have to explain just what it is you are looking at.  Did you just click or RIGHT-CLICK in the grey area?  Another option-------------right-click on any message in the list and you should see this-------------
