Some emails from AT&T are not being received

Some emails from AT&T are not being received

I have been expecting emails from 2 separate AT&T customer support representatives and have not received them.  I double checked the email address they were sending to, and checked my spam folder, which is empty.  I have received other emails from AT&T but not the ones from support.

Comcast Security Assurance can access the email systems and check on this for you. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
