Slow email access and use

Slow email access and use

For some time now, after logging in for email access, everthing seems to drag slowly.  How can I determine if its my laptop, settings, or the webpage

Which browser/ version are you using?  Clear your browser cache now.  Have you tried a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome to see if the issue is with the browser currently being used?

If using Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options, then Compatibility View and make sure it is active.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
