Signin problem

Signin problem

All of a sudden I can't sign into email.  Using same id and same password always had.  Was asked for ID & PW - not recognized; was asked for account #, phone #, and billing address -  Said ID & PW did not match acct # or address/phone.

This problem seems to coincide with the "new" .net homepage.  Any help?

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this. Call them at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/).

The first-line reps there are sometimes not so helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
