Setting up email on LG G3

I have tried hundreds of times to get my comcast account to work with WI-FI on,just will sometimes,sometimes not,righjt after the Lollipop update.I get all different ports and i'm using Windows live mail 2012,i get mail on the server but on my phone says network busy,try back later,huh.Ifi go into safe mode the same issue,so not sure but my imap account for Gmail works fine.Any ideas,are the ports on line and phone have to match.Help im 63 yr old ex Hippie and know a lot but this is a mystery.Bob

I'm not familiar with Android devices, as I have an iPhone.  But as a check, you might want to try using the Xfinity Connect mobile app and see if the account works better with that.  I also assume you can get to your mail on the phone using the browser and going straight to the webmail?
