Sent folder

Can someone please tell my why my "sent" emails are no longer showing up in my "sent" folder?  They have stopped showing up there since early  September. I have switched to "light" version and back to "full" version and cleaned out my browser (Chrome) this has not fixed my problem.  Many thanks if you can help!

Go to Preferences and click on the Email icon

Scroll down to COMPOSE

Make sure that the Sent box is checked to save email you send.


Also- check your Email Deletion Schedule ( scroll down to it) and see how many days tyevSentvFolder is set to when it automatically is deleted.  Make any needed changes to each Folder.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Hi- Thank you for your help


I checked and the box was checked to save in the sent folder and I changed the time from 30 days to keep to Never delete.  I sent two "test" emails and they did not appear in my "sent" box.  Any other suggestions?
