Sent email not being received

Sent email not being received

I contacted Comcast about this and a tech was supposed to call me back within 48 hours. That was seven days ago, and no call back.

 

If I compose email and send it, the recipients don't receive it. It shows up in my sent mail, it does not show up in my outbox, and I don't get any error messages or bouncebacks...so it is "going out" but no one receives it. I have tried several tests, including to myself.

 

However, if I receive an email and reply to it, the reply is received. It is just when I initiate/compose emails.

 

Any suggestions/feedback would be greatly appreciated. I have tried from several devices (laptop, PC, tablet) and it doesn't make a difference. Again, much thanks.

I have the same exact issue. Several but not all of my emails appear to be sent, but are never received. They do appear in my sent data.

I have had Comcast here on 2 occasions staing the issue was resolved but is has never been resolved. Any thoughts??
