Sent Emails

My sent email box is empty and I wanted to look at an email that was sent.  Usually emails remain in the sent box until deleted.  How can I retrieve old sent messages?

Re: Sent Emails

If you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>Email>>>>>Composing.  Is the box checked to send a copy of outgoing messages to the Sent folder?  If not, they were never kept to begin with.  If you are in the new format, they should be kept automatically.  I'm assuming you are using only the webmail UI and not a desktop client or mobile device.

Re: Sent Emails

I checked the email preferences and the box was checked to save a copy of sent emails.  Not sure where to go from there, but thanks so much for your reply.

Re: Sent Emails

I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow up.  Those emails should be in that folder.
