Secondary email account is not working

Secondary email account is not working

I have always had two email addresses with xfinity and since yesterday only my primary account shows up when I sign in. How do I restore the secondary email account?

I have the same problem. Can someone please give a hint on what to do to fix this. Thank You.

On the Homepage, scroll down to quick links while signed in with thevPrimary username and password.

Next lick on Find my username and fill in any information requested.  A new window will open showing your Primary, as well as all Secondary users associated with your account.

 

Post back with what yiu found and we will go from there.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thanks CCCarole. I did what you said and when I found the account I changed the password and the secondary account now shows up. You can consider my issue closed.
