How do I search emails from a specific sender?

In the Search field, type           From:sender's name or email address    Make sure you use the colon.  You can find more search criteria here-------------

Once the search term is typed into the search box, there is nothing to click on to tell the system to actually perform the search, i.e. no "magnifying glass", no button, nor does hitting enter on the keypad do anything. So the search term just sits there, doing nothing. I have a screenshot but no way to attach it here.

When you start typing in the search field it should expand to the right.  I typed in "Zimbra"----this is what it should look like---------------------

Then you pick one of the choices, or just hit the Return key.
