Saving email

I have emails that I would like to save.  I use comcast.net.  can you help me?

IF you want to save them in Xfinity Connect, ( Comcast email) but NOT in the Inbox...You can create a Folder and move saved mail yo that folder.

 

If that is what you want to do, post back for instructions.

If you mean you want to save them on your computer, then you need to enable the account in an email client program like Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail or some other.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
