SPAM email that isn't

SPAM email that isn't

 I continue to get email from particular addresses that are direted to the Spam folder even though I mark them as "not spam".

 

How do you get them to show up in the regular email inbox, add them to my address book?

You just keep marking them as Not Spam.  It may take some time to help train the filters, especially if other users are marking them as spam.  Putting the address in your address book will not have any effect, since Comcast does not scan the address book.
