SLOW E-Mail and computer connections

For the past several weeks, and particularly the past 2 weeks, after I log onto Infinity, it takes minutes to move from 1 E-Mail to another, or to file, or whatever. I could almost use tin cans and string for a faster connection. Any idea about what's going on?

Which browser/ version are you using?  Did you clear your cache?

Are yiu sing the ful or ite version of Xfinity Connect? To check:

Open the Inbox and click on the Preferences tab

Click on the Geheral icon.

A widow opens showing which version you are using?

 

Have you tried a different browser just to test?



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
