I have an e-mail that was sent to my boss with copies to about 20 others.  It also has an attachment.  In the past (before this new format), I was able to go into my Sent email - get the email - hit "Reply All" and delete the original attachment.  I could then attach another document and sent this email to the group once again.  I can't seem to do that now.  Can you tell me how I can?

I can't find any way to do what you are describing in the new format.  You would need to just send another email to the same group with the new attachment.
