I keep getting redirecting to Comcast. Please look at the enclosed file. this started withing the last couple weeks and it does it

Internet explorer or Google. not everytime but enough to be a pain

First try clearing your browser's cache / history / cookies. If that doesn't work, Call 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to *roll and re-provision* the modem. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete.
