Re: survey pop up

I get the survey as a new tab or window. Contacted comcast and they said to use google crome instead of safari but I still get the survey. I'm about to go back to DSL.

Re: survey pop up

Who is the survey from?  Is it something from Comcast or what?  Do you have the pop-up blocker enabled in the browser?  Also, there is a browser add-on you can download called Ad Block Plus.  It should block any pop-ups or ads.

Best option is to use a real email client like Thunderbird or Windows Live mail.  That way you get no ads or pop-ups, and way better control of your email.
