I cannot access my address book for Comcast.net mail!  My computer was changed to Windows 8 and then 10--I don't know what I'm using at the moment!!!

Re: address book won't open

Exactly what happens when you try to access the address book?  I'm assuming you are using the Comcast address book.

What happens exactly when yiu go into Xfinity Connect and click on your address book?

Which browser/ version are you using?  Have your

cleared your cache, closed, and re-opened your browser?

Have you tried a different browser just to see if the problem is specific to your current browser?
