I have tried deveral mail clients and all receive Spam from Comcast despite setting Comcast block spam. It used to before IMAP. Now I conclude that Comcast refuses to fix the issue because it is not cost justified. If we had an alternate internet supplier I would leave Comcast instantly. I dropped the TV contract and dropping internet only awaits another provider appearing. I have been a customer sinc the Adelphis acquisition not that i makes any diference except for "you are a valuable customer" canned replies.

I recommend contacting the Customer Security Assurance department regarding this matter. The Customer Security Assurance organization has been established to ensure a safe and secure online experience for Comcast customers. This team is a dedicated group of security professionals who respond to issues pertaining to phishing, spam, infected computers (commonly referred to as bots), online fraud and other security issues.
