Re: Not all sent emails are being received

I tried to send an email to my doctor several times this morning and they don't go through. I tried to forward it to myself at my gmail.com just a couple of minutes ago and it did not come through. Please advise,

Have you verified that the email address yiu are using is current?

Are you getting any error messages?  If so, copy and paste tye error message in your reply please.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
