All of sudden my compuyer stopped sending replies and forwarding e mails.They tell the receipents cannot display the format. How can I fix this? I hope its something somple, because I am legally blind . Thank you for your help.My computer is my lifeline to the outside world.

Can you ask one of your friends to copy and paste the entire error message they are getting in an email to you? Please post that error message in your reply and answer the following questions too.

Are you using the Full or the Lite version of Xfinity Connect.?
To check: Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences in the Preview window. Now click on the General tab. A window opens showing which version you are using.


Which browser and version are you using? IF AUSING Internet Explorer version 10 or 11' make sure you have a Compatibility a View enabled. (TOOLS>COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS)
Have you cleared your browser catch?

Do you use any other email programs, a smartphone, or a tablet still all?
