Primary Email setting locked on Comcast instead of IMAP

How can I change Email setting on primary account from "comcast" to "IMAP"?

You can change an email program to use IMAP by going into tye email settings in the email program. (Eg: Outlook, Windows Live Mail,etc)

Here Are the settings for IMAP

 

INCOMING SERVER: imap.comcast.net

Incoming Port 993 with SSL. On

Under tgecserver tab:  this server requires authenticatiion  must be checked

Outgoing Server: SMTP.comcast.net

Out going Port 465 with SSL ON

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
