POP3 email

I am using POP3 with Outlook 2013 and want the emails to be deleted from the Comcast server when I view them on Outlook. I have the proper box unchecked in the advanced settings in Outlook.  I do not want to switch to IMAP.  The emails are not being automatically deleted from Comcast.  How can I make this happen?

If you have the new "Appsuite" webmail ("connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/..."), see

  (gear icon) / Settings / Mail / Advanced Settings / POP Settings for Other Apps

and ensure Delete is selected.
