PC issue

Could not figure out where to post this.  Please move it to where it goes!

Suddenly my desktop PC Start Menu Is not working.  I do NOT have a password set, however, if I click on Start menu, I get an error message saying the start menu is not working. And 'they' will try to fix the next time I sign in.  I do NOT sign in.  Looks like it is loading fine, but stopped from proceeding anywhere on start menu.

I have powered down the PC and laptop.

Note: this is a PC that was upgraded to Windows 10 when offered free.  First time I have had issues.

shall I go back to Windows Seven?  How can I do that?  Do you think that will solve met problems or not.

Please post the exact error message. A screen shot would be even better.

Re: PC issue

After much googling, and trying to fix this, I found the only thing I could do was to create a new Profile, and make it the default.

Thank you for posting.
