Outlook Data File Cannot be Accessed Error (0x8004010F)

My outlook data file reached its maximum size and I did a permanent delete when I emptied the Delete file.  But it wasn't enough and wouldn't let me archive the old files.  I finally managed to auto archive the files but I received the (0x8004010F) error.  I followed the procedure for manually creating a new profile.  When I ran the test it completed successfully.  However, I did something wrong because when I opened Outlook I got the same error message.  I went back and checked the new profile and the test was successful.  I followed the instructions for Outlook 2010 and can't figure out what I did to or didn't do to fix the error.  I am hoping someone knows what I did wrong and how I can correct the error.

Problem fixed!  I created a new profile and followed the instructions on the link you provided and it worked!  Thank you so much!

This is probably a question for Microsoft, rather than anyone on these fora, unless there is an Outlook 2010 expert here.
