Outlook 2016 no longer working with my Comcast account

Comcast customer service used to be very helpful and walk me through the issues when I have had problems syncing my Comcast e-mail with my Outlook 2016 in the past, by reconfiguring my account settings, incoming outgoing, ports, etc. 

 

Now they just refer you to online instructions. I have been trying to follow them, but they are not working. Any ideas?
