Outlook 2007 no longer working for email but ipad/iphone are

We had a Comcast outage two days ago so email was down.  Upon coming back up, my ipad and iphone are sending/receiving emails but my Outlook 2007 is not.  I have talked to reps on the phone and they are now saying it is a Microsoft issue.  I have changed from Pop3 (which I prefer) to IMAP, I have changed server settings and still getting the dialog box that my login info is not correct when I know it is as I can login to comcast website for my email and again, working on other devices.


Please advise.  Use this email for work and extremely frustrating.
