Outgoing email being blocked (by server?)

Outgoing email being blocked (by server?)

For the second time in ten days my out going email is being blocked, I assume by the server.  The first time a fix ticket was generated (#CR671232271) on last Momday.  Thursday I rec'd an email from the fix-it  crew saying things were back in synch.  Topday my test email to myself did not show up in the inbox.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there a  fix I can work from my end?

Are you getting an error from the SMTP servers?  I see you sent a few messages from the webmail recently, but wasn't sure what sort of message you might be seeing.  Additional information could help us narrow this down.  Thank you
