Outgoing e-mail issue.

Outgoing e-mail issue.

I've recently hooked up a new Comcast issued router, everything works but my outgoing e-mail, I'm getting the following message: 

This message could not be sent because your account does not have a preferred outgoing mail server. Select an outgoing mail server from the list below.


What actually belongs in this box? I work only on Apple products Home/laptop/iPhone.
