Outgoing e-mail (intermittent) not received

I have long suspected that some of my outgoing e-mail is not being received.

Several months ago, I sent four e-mails to my stepson (@me.com). He received only one.

Yesterday, I sent several e-mails to roku.com. I did not receive a reply. Then, as a test, I sent an e-mail to XXX@roku.com. It did NOT bounce back.

I need some advice before I call Comcast.
