Opening address book when composing email in the "TO" section

My email format changed about 2 plus months ago and their are some kinks. When composing an email, I am unable to pull up my address book in the "to" section to allow me to select multiple recipients like I did before. After calling and trying to troubleshoot, was told it is a cliche in the system and being worked on. When will it be fixed?  Very disappointed that my rates continue to increase, but the service isn't as good.

Sign out of your account and back in again.  See if that clears it up.  If not-----------------

 


Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.
