When I try to check my email I get redirected to one of two pages. 1) http://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust 2)https://www.xfinity.com/. I can not get into my account on line. I get my emails on my phone but not on n line from a different computer. Like I said, I get directed to either a page trying to sell me service or a page for watching TV online. No email.
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
