Old Emails Moved into Spam

Old Emails Moved into Spam

Whle using Xfinity Connect web mail (via Chrome), I've recently noticed old emails (some are up to 3 years old) that were stored in sub-folders, had been moved to the Spam folder. When I noticed them yesterday, I moved them back into their respective folders. Now today, some are back in Spam with a few more. Any suggestions?

Upon further investigation, we do not even have the Spam filtering option turned on.
