Not receiving emails on all my devices


I currently am using outlook 2016, comcast broken webmail, iphone 5s and a ipad air 2. When friends send my a email to my comcast account which I have setup on all devices I never receive them on all the devices. Sometimes I get it on the ipad and iphone and not on the comcast webmail or in outlook and comcast webmail and not on the iphone or ipad.

So what is the problem comcast and please dont give me your canned responsed check your email settings for all your device because I know they are set correctly.

If you're using POP3 on any of your devices or programs and you have not also set an option to "leave a copy on the server" or equivalent, when that device retrieves mail it will clear the Inbox. Some devices/programs do not have such an option.
