Not receiving emails from certain domains

I am a comcast customer with a comcast.net email address. I work for a church and cannot receive any emails from emails using our domain email address. Several church members with comcast.net emails are saying the same thing.

 

We have recently discovered our isp had a limit on number of emails being sent, therefore those were stopped by the isp server and not sent. We have since corrected the bulk email situation but my problem seems to be with comcast.net email clients not getting our emails.

 

Could we be on a spam list that a server prevents our emails from getting through? I am at a complete loss as to how to remedy this problem.

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this. Call them at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/).

The first-line reps there are sometimes not so helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
