Not receiving e-mails

Over the past several weeks, I have noticed a steady decline in the amount of e-mails I have been receiving in my Comcast account to the point that I am not receiving the majority of messages sent to me. I have removed the spam filter and still no change. This lack of receiving my messages has led to my being assessed fees by my bank and some credit card companies because I didn't recieve their messages about certain issues. 

 

Please provide feedback on how to resolve this issue.
