Not getting all of my email

Not getting all of my email

I've become aware that some (not most) of my email seem to have gone missing.  I'm not receiving on either my computer (Outlook) or my iPhone.  The two are not synched.  Not seeing the missing items in my junk folder on Outlook either.  I saw an article suggesting looking at my Spam setting on Comcast, but I'm not finding anything about that in my settings.  Would love to hear suggestions.  Thanks.

They had issues this morning, was fixed earlier.  Now I am also not receiving emails.  They must still be working on the issue.

I think emails with attachments are perhaps not making it through.  Just received an email, but an earlier email that I sent to myself with an attachment still has not arrived.
