Non-functioning e-mail

For the benefit of others who might experience a loss of e-mail function in receiving or sending messages, hope this

avoids the "merry-go-round" I had to go through to get it resolved. After dealing with 3-4 contacts via phone and 2 via chat, my situation was assigned a case number and I  eventually got a call to call a number given. Finally, in dealing with May, she solved it. It was simply a situation of having to re-establish my user information (i.e, my e-mail afddress)


It is unusual that Comcast has many people working who try to impress you with good service, but they would be better off

directing you to the technical area that can solve the problem.
