No access to voice or text since upgrade

No access to voice or text since upgrade

Everytime I go to Xfinity Connect Voice on my laptop I get a window that leads me to an offer to puchase phone service when I am already a voice customer. I have TV, internet and voice.This started after the email upgrade.My grandson sent me a text and I can't even retrieve it. Same thing happens on the App except it says "only available to voive customers" Doesn't Comcast even know who is a customer when they are signed in?


When I select Voice or text, in Xfinity Connect this is what comes up
