No Xfinity contacts

For some reason, I no longer have any Xfinity contacts in the Xfinity Connect app on my android. I have a Note 5 with 7.0 software.

When I try to do anything with xfinity contacts, it gives me the message, "System Upgrade. This may take few minutes. Please try again later."

It has said this for 2 weeks now.
