No Unread Email # on Home Screen + Duplicate Entries in Address Book

1) Since the NEW xfinity launch I do not get the number of "unread rmails" on the home screen!

2) Also with the NEW launch my "Address Book" now contains (2) duplicate/enteries for every person!

For the email counter, try refreshing the page, or clearing history.  Then re-start the browser in a fresh session.

In the new address book, if you also  have the contact in a group, it will be listed twice.  I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that or not.

Re: No Unread Email # on Home Screen + Duplicate Entries in Address Book

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried what you said but no luck; however you mentioned the word "browser" since I was using I.E. I then tried Firefox then Chrome & cleared history in all of them but it still doesn't work! As far as my address book I simply went through and marked all duplicates then deleated. Add book seems ok now! I did not have any groups!
