No New Emails

No New Emails

My emails are no longer coming to my comcast.net account since January 18th. I have reported the problem and have yet to get a resolution. All I have received are emails, (to my yahoo inbox) saying that my problem has been resolved. I thought that maybe I had forwarded the emails from my comcast to my yahoo account but NOPE!!! I don't know what to do. Has anyone else had this problem?

Check to make sure your "Safe List" hasn't become enabled;  from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>Safe List.  It it's turned on, nothing will come through to the Inbox other than emails from contacts you put on that list.  It has been known to turn on by itself.

Excellent suggestion. It is one thing I hadn't tried. Unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue. Thanx anyway Latoque.
