No Email

If I send a test message to me comcast email, it is not received.  It is received at an email address outside comcast.net.

Re: No Email

Check to see if you have the Comcast account set to auto-forward to that other account.  From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>Email>>>>>Email Forwarding.

Re: No Email

No auto-forward.  I sent a test message to two different accounts (one non-comcast, the other my windows live mail comcast account).  It was received only at the non-comcast.  Also not receiving email through my cell phone comcast or the on-line xfinity connect

Re: No Email

Same here.  Outgoing seems fine, but incoming hasn't demonstrably worked since ~9:30am EDT.

Confirmed using 3 family accounts.  Comcast will send to other services - Gmail, Yahoo, etc.- but nothing sent to Comcast (even from Comcast) is received.

And the web mail interface has been slower than molasses in winter all day.

Same problem.

IT'S NOT YOU OR YOUR SETUP.
